Every time you pick up your phone this week, bring awareness to what you are doing and why. Perhaps you are searching for the best way to get to lunch or looking at social media because you have 5 mins spare. Whatever it is try and do it mindfully, bringing a level or thoughtfulness that combats the unthinking compulsion to pick up your phone. Maybe spending time thinking about your phone you will be more conscious each time you use it.
