This is one of my favourite mindful moments. Can you find three minutes to do this simple exercise. In the first minute, ask yourself ‘How am I doing right now?’. Notice what comes up, the thoughts, feelings, and sensations in your body. In the second minute focus on your breathing, don’t try and change your breathing in any way, just notice the gentle rise and fall of the breath. In the final minute expand your focus to notice your body as a whole. What sensations you can feel, how your body moves as you breathe in and out. Repeat the exercise throughout your day when you need to just take a moment.
