Receiving a compliment is lovely, it can really brighten your day. Giving someone else a compliment and brightening their day is a mark or mindful awareness, because it shows the ability to actively notice the goodness in others. This week be on the lookout for all opportunities to compliment the people around you. Don’t overdo it or say things to flatter. Wait for the moments to let people know your honest appreciation for their good actions and intentions. Giving a truthful, deserved compliment can work wonders for the receiver. You may be amazed how good you feel too. This exercise is a fantastic little way of bringing more happiness and positivity into the world.
