Finding your sacred space

By: Aileen Baxter

Finding a spot in the house to retreat to can really help you recharge.  Think about what this space could look like for you. Once you have found a quiet corner, make it as comfortable as you can, add a pillow or blanket, maybe a candle or your favourite picture.  Turn this place into your sacred space where negative or stressful thoughts are not allowed.  Retreat to this space when you want to relax or refocus or just need a moment.
