When you feel stuck or overwhelmed go outside and stretch your legs. As you walk, look around and take in your surroundings. Try focussing on the colours you see, the sounds you hear, the smells, and the feel of your feet touching the ground. As you become aware of each of these, notice how you feel more present. Focussing on the sights and sounds can help you regain your focus.
