For the next week why not send a daily note of kindness to someone in your life? It could be a friend, family member, colleague, or neighbour. At the end of each day choose someone and send them a compliment, or let them know you are thinking of them, or say thank you for something they have done for you. Be honest, positive, and supportive, using the kindness note as another way to connect with someone.
