Research has found the form of our body can influence our mind. This week let’s focus on bringing our awareness to our body. Sit in a chair with your back straight, relax and focus on your breathing. Move your awareness to how your back feels against the chair, and then your hips, and your feet on the floor. Spend a few minutes focussing on the sensation in the different parts of your body and notice how it feels.
