This mindful moment is appreciating the little lucky moments in our day that we often miss or under appreciate. This might be the traffic light turning to green as we approach or dropping something that didn’t break. Whatever it is, take a moment and appreciate what happened.
Take a gentle breath in, breathing in being aware of the moment, breathing out feeling grateful. You might find as you notice these little moments, the more little moments you become aware of.
